In Person Classes

I teach 2 in person classes a week at Yoga Changes at these times:

Monday afternoon 4:30 – 5:30 gentle yoga

Wednesday afternoon 4:30 – 5:30 gentle yoga

Online Classes

I also teach 3 online classes a week for Yoga Changes at these times:

Monday afternoon 2:00 – 3:15 level 1 

Saturday afternoon 2:30 – 3:30 gentle yoga

and Sunday afternoon 2:30 – 3:30 gentle yoga

(all times are Pacific Daylight Time)

Level 1 classes are suitable for all beginners – it’s a great class if you’ve never done yoga before and want a clear, safe and enjoyable introduction. It’s also good for experienced practitioners to occasionally slow down, revisit the fundamentals – even if you have an advanced practice it can feel really satisfying to take a gentler slower class now and then…..

The Gentle Yoga class is a little slower and easier than the level 1 class and is also a great introduction to yoga if you have never tried it before. it’s especially suitable for older practitioners or anyone  dealing with injuries or physical conditions or again if you simply want a more relaxing class that will de-stress you.

Yoga Changes is a small, intimate yoga studio in Santa Monica with a lovely vibe. 🙂
