In Person Classes

I teach 2 in person classes a week at Yoga Changes at these times:

Monday afternoon 4:30 – 5:30 gentle yoga

Wednesday afternoon 4:30 – 5:30 gentle yoga

Online Classes

I also teach 2 online classes a week for Yoga Changes at these times:

Saturday afternoon 2:30 – 3:30 gentle yoga

and Sunday afternoon 2:30 – 3:30 gentle yoga

(all times are Pacific Daylight Time)

Gentle Yoga classes are suitable for everyone – it’s a great class if you’ve never done yoga before and want a clear, safe and enjoyable introduction. It’s also good for experienced practitioners to occasionally slow down, revisit the fundamentals – even if you have an advanced practice it can feel really satisfying to take a gentler slower class now and then. It’s also suitable for older practitioners or anyone  dealing with injuries or physical conditions or again if you simply want a more relaxing class that will de-stress you.

Yoga Changes is a small, intimate yoga studio in Santa Monica with a lovely vibe. 🙂
